tourists among nine injured in Tanahun accident"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>DAMAULI:<\/strong>&nbsp;Six Chinese citizens were among nine people injured after a truck hit a tourist bus heading in the same direction at Kamalbari in Byas Municipality-12, along Damauli\u2013Dumre road section in Prithvi highway, on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, Chinese tourists, drivers of both vehicles, and guide were rushed to nearby Ratnahari Hospital in Damauli before being referred to Pokhara-based Manipal Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, police arrested the truck driver, Ram Prasad Upadhaya, 33, of Rapti municipality-8 in Chitwan district, following his discharge from the hospital, for further investigation and action today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident occurred when the truck (Na 6 Kha 5865) heading to Dumre from Damauli hit the tourist bus (Ba 1 Pa 913) en route to Pokhara from Kathmandu,
